Do not sign for your shipment until you have inspected it for damage!

Make the truck driver wait while you break down, open, and inspect the items. If any item is clearly damaged, or if you have any doubt about possible damage, you MUST do the following: Note it clearly on the bill of lading before signing. Keep your copy of the bill of lading. Contact us within 1 business day. Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection. Take pictures of the damage. ***If part or all of your shipment is damaged and you did not note this in any way on the bill of lading, we CANNOT guarantee any compensation for damages.

What is liftgate service?

A liftgate is a motorized platform attached to the back of the truck that will physically lower your order to the ground, so that you can take it inside your business or residence. The truck driver will place your order on the ground, and you are responsible for bringing it inside. If you do not have a loading dock or a forklift, you will need a liftgate and must select this option at checkout. The charge for the liftgate is $45.00, but additional fees will apply if a liftgate is added after checkout.If you are ordering a large, heavy item like a pizza prep table or chef base longer than 7’ and do not have a truck-level loading dock, we recommend that you select our White Glove Delivery option. Items like these often will not fit on a liftgate. Contact our Customer Solutions Team if you have any questions about your delivery.

Delivery Appointment

What is a delivery appointment?

If you select a delivery appointment at checkout, the carrier will contact you when your order arrives at their delivering terminal. They will call you to schedule an appointment to deliver your order within a four hour window. We offer this service to all of our customers at no charge. If you are shipping to a residence, a delivery appointment will be required. If you have any doubt about an authorized recipient being available to receive your order, or if you are not always open Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 8:00pm, you will need a delivery appointment and must select this option at checkout. Additional fees will apply if no one is present when delivery is attempted and the carrier is forced to redeliver.What is White Glove service?Standard delivery options cover the cost of getting an item to your shipping address, but our White-Glove delivery service does that and so much more! Choosing this shipping option ensures that the product will not only be delivered, but will also be placed at a location of your choosing within your business. The white glove agent will call before delivery to schedule an appointment. Delivery is performed by 2 trained professionals; they will deliver inside to a room of choice and up 1 flight of steps, unpack item and remove debris to an off-site receptacle. Please note: white glove delivery does not include assembly of casters on equipment. Set-up time is limited to 30 minutes, and set-up services exceeding this time limit require an additional fee. White-Glove delivery service will typically add 3-5 days to the order's transit time.

Delivery Method What is this? Our Thoughts
Drop Off Only Unloading products only. Your order is delivered by (LTL companys ), Trucks or courier and unloaded only (not carried/assembled/unboxed). An ideal method if you have the necessary staff to carry the products to your site, unpack and assemble.
Pallet Drop Off Unloading products via a pallet for heavier orders. Your order is delivered by lorry, van or courier and unloaded only (not carried/assembled/unboxed). Cost-effective method but a loaded pallet is heavy and may need to have the products taken off it where it is unloaded. You will need to dispose of the pallet.
Move From Vehicle To Site As well as delivering / dropping off, we will move the products to an area of your choice. A good option if the delivery vehicle cannot get close to the final site and labour is not available. We charge you by the hours required, so the time implication of this must be made clear at the time of the quote.
Unbox and Remove Rubbish As well as delivery / dropping off, we will move and take products out of their packaging and remove all this packaging from site. Furniture packaging can be time-consuming to unbox. The cardboard is bulky. If we remove it, the packaging is returned to our HQ where we bundle it ready for recycling.
Assemble and Layout to Plan As well as delivery / dropping off, we will move and take products out of their packaging and remove all this packaging from site. Assembly will most often refer to tables and table bases. We will only assemble items supplied by us. Our staff are highly trained and very efficient at assembling furniture. Banquette seating will be delivered by this method.
Self Collection Pickup If you would prefer to do so, you may collect your items from our head office in Los Angeles , CA. Prior arrangement is essential for this method As long as prior arrangements are made for collection at our head office we are happy for you to collect your items from us. You may need a big truck or trailer to do so!
